Gadus S3 V1000A 2 (180 kg) from SHELL is a (NLGI 2 grade) lithium-calcium grease based on high viscous mineral oils, containing antioxidants, rust inhibitors, EP and AW additives. It has excellent adhesion and water resistance, extreme load carrying capacity and excellent mechanical stability in the presence of water or emulsion.

They are used on continuous casting machines, support, intermediate and work rolls in tandem, trim. Roughing, universal and pilger mills. It is suitable for hot and cold rolling. It is suitable for continuous casting where temperature is below 140 degrees C. It is also suitable for heavily loaded swivel bearings and sliding bearings
