GULFCUT 46-UE is a fully synthetic oil-free product suitable for minimal lubrication applications. The product gives ultimate surface finish and tool-life. GULFCUT 46-UE is biodegradable and low in odour. It possesses excellent anti-oxidation characteristics and so does not cause resin build up or gumming,(unlike some less sophisticated products on the market). It is suitable for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals including sensitive aluminium alloys, yellow metals and stainless steels.
GULFCUT 46-UE is suitable for sawing and for most machining applications including routing. GULFCUT 46-UE is free from chlorine, sulphur and heavy metals and is nonhazardous and highly operator friendly. GULFCUT 46-UE can be applied in mist and flood applications
