Kenson Lubricants Limited are a company registered in England & Wales, number 9307746. Kenson Lubricants Limited do not claim to be an affiliate, subsidiary, partner, official distributor (or any way connected to any of the Manufacturers shown on our website). Kenson Lubricants Limited are a re-seller of quality branded lubricants and provide a service of a “one stop” shop in so much as supplying individual or collated quality brands from various manufacturers* to supply specific customer orders. All products are sourced by Kenson Lubricants Limited and then re sold (in unopened , un-tampered) in original Manufacturers packaging and correctly labelled, with description, batch number and the appropriate health & safety information specific to each product/grade. All products are sourced through the Manufacturers distribution network.
* manufacturers who supply Kenson Lubricants Limited can change from time to time. Any changes will be made clear to customers during (or after) the ordering process.
Offers
Our business model is via the “Webshop” only (shown as “Shop” in the header). No credit is offered. Payment is accepted via BAC’s or through credit card providers through the basket in the “Webshop” (shown as “Shop” in the header). We accept cheque, however, goods will only be released once funds have cleared for payment. We also only serve the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Delivery dates and prices set forth in this offer are the best estimate of Kenson Lubricants Limited based on the current situation in Great Britain and other countries are facing due to the spread of Covid-19. Accordingly, delivery dates are approximate, and prices offered may have to be increased depending on the negative effects of COVID-19 on international trade, the global supply chain and the business activities of Kenson Lubricants Limited and its suppliers/partners. Kenson Lubricants Limited reserves the right to modify delivery dates and prices with notice to the BUYER.
New Contracts
Delivery dates are the best estimate of Kenson Lubricants Limited based on the current situation that Great Britain and other countries are facing due to the spread of Covid-19. Accordingly, delivery dates are approximate and Kenson Lubricants Limited reserves the right to modify them with notice to BUYER.
Prices shall be increased in the event of adverse negative effects of the spread of COVID-19 on the global supply chain of Kenson Lubricants Limited and the trade routes of the goods to be supplied under this contract. Kenson Lubricants Limited shall promptly inform Buyer of any such increase.
Jurisdiction – These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law.
Kenson Lubricants Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
Delivery –
Normally we despatch orders within 2-3 days. If the goods you order are out of stock we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot despatch the item we will make contact with you. If a multiple items are ordered delivery may be shipped and delivered separately and arriving at different times.
Prices are as quoted on the web site at the time of order. An additional charge will be made for carriage- this is shown in “my basket”.
Carriage charges quoted at the Shopping Basket are for mainland Great Britain distribution locations only.
Carriage costs vary depending on weight of products ordered in the basket and also to certain remote locations in Great Britain.
Claims for goods received in a damage condition must be notified to us in writing within 3 days.
Claims for discrepancies in deliveries must be notified in writing to us within 7 days.
For larger container sizes of 200 litres “plus” (“oil drum size”) and 1000 litre IBC’s require forklift facilities at the buyers premises for offloading. It is also important that access for curtain sided vehicles is made available at the buyers premises.
Payment Terms –
We require full payment with Order. Acknowledgement of order will be sent by email.
Taxation – all transactions will be subject to UK tax law.
Guarantee-
All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If any defects are found/identified we will take this up with the relevant Manufacturer’s supply chain and offer an alternative or a credit.
Cancellations –
Cancellation of an order after despatch from our premises – We accept no returns- unless damaged in transit.
Returns Policy –
Kenson Lubricants Limited will refund products returned within 21 days, but will not refund carriage (unless we have delivered incorrectly or the product is damaged in transit). Customers are responsible for returning products, unless Kenson Lubricants Limited have delivered incorrectly.
We recommend that you return goods through a reputed courier so that a Proof of Delivery can be obtained.
Any product that has been opened, used, decanted, embellished, modified or personalised from the standard stocked product will be unable to be reimbursed.
On goods incorrectly ordered we charge a handling charge of £15.00 net for goods up to 20 litres net weight and £30.00 net for over 20 litres. In refunding we will deduct the difference. This covers us for administration and reversing the instructions on our Suppliers.
Purchasing Products
Goods displayed on this site are shown as an invitation to treat. Prices are displayed in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are “net of Value Added Tax “(VAT) and VAT is calculated in the Shopping Basket when ordering.Orders placed on Kenson Lubricants Limited constitute an offer on behalf of the customer. Kenson Lubricants Limited will process the order taken, and if accepted, will contact (by email, telephone, or other suitable means) the customer to confirm acceptance on our behalf.
